With this in mind and the recent evolution of COVID-19, we have made the decision to temporarily suspend the operation of our pirate experience beginning Thursday, March 26th, 2020 until further notice.
With these actions, we join the preventive measures recommended by the World Health Organization. We know this is the best way to effectively fight the pandemic together.
The sound of our cannons have stopped but only to come back stronger. This is just another battle that we will overcome together.

For all our clients who have been affected by the COVID-19 contingency and who had made their reservation for the tour as of March 26, we have at their disposal the flexible cancellation policy with which they can request a voucher open up to 1 year*.
To make use of it or to confirm a change of date, please contact us with your reservation information at email@example.com.
Our recommendation is to use the open voucher to be able to have your place insured with us, but if the cancellation and refund of the reservation is required. Please contact us with your reservation information at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can respond to you with the necessary requirements to proceed with your cancellation.
Our purpose is to sail again for the Easter season, but our decision to return will be in accordance with the evolution of the COVID-19 and the indications that the authorities provide. You can follow our official channels to learn more about our return.
